  2.                            Installation Instructions
  3.                             for the demo version of
  4.                             BackMaster for OS/2 2.1

  7. 1. Create a directory to unzip the demo in. (ie  \BACKMAST)
  8. 2. Unzip all of the files into that directory.
  9. 3. Edit your OS/2 CONFIG.SYS and add a line for the device driver.
  10.    Insert the following line DIRECTLY under the IFS line.
  11.      DEVICE = [drive letter]:\BACKMAST\FTDVR.SYS
  12.     (The driver must be ahead of MMPM drivers and we 
  13.     suggest that you place our driver just below the IFS
  14.     entry near the top.)
  15. 4. You can create an icon on the desktop with the migration utility
  16.    included with OS/2.  The demo can also be executed from the 
  17.    command line. (BACKMAST.EXE)
  18. 5. The computer MUST be restarted for the modified CONFIG.SYS to take
  19.    effect.
